TECHNICIANS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To constantly monitor installed M4841 platform's performance, failure trend, indices and working with customers' maintenance group to implement connective measures (e.g. training on proper maintenance/operations procedure, improvements, and work meetings FCOs. etc)
2. Maintain a regular tracking system and improve on M484I platform metrics: Monitor (using TIPI data or AT monitor data) improve or-maintain listed indices and targets
? Miscontact of 10,000PM or Jess
? MCBJ (Mean Count between Jams of 15,000PPH or more
? SPC rate of 99.30% or more
? MTTR (M4841 handler), Monitor, improve or maintain platform and individual M4841 support?s MTTR by coaching, training and/or guiding other support.
3. Can resolve all cases having H1 severity problem within a target of 4 hours.
4. Can resolve all cases having H2 severity problem within a target 01'& hours.
5. To maintain and improve customer satisfaction and support the supplier of choice by providing fast response time and commitment and confidence in SA support capability.
6. Supervise TI and M4841 support and ensure adherence of supports to API organization guidelines, policies, and processes
Maintain API guidelines, policies and processes (field, service report documentations and usage
Provide management updates thru submission of regular reports
Publish a M4841 platform monthly report e.g. issues, forecasts, etc.
Maintain and update M4841 platform shared files
Indices Tracking List
Post mortem reports
Presentation Slides
BKM/One point lessons
Lead/Participate in technical meetings including minutes of the meeting and tracking of AR completions
Attend internal and external meetings and or discussions (if required)
