SUPERVISOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide customer support in daily shift operational and engineering issues.
2. Participate in the company?s activities to meet published equipment metrics including yield or utilization improvement targets through engineering projects.
3. Engage in technical and operational projects to timely completion.
4, Support customer?s new product startups and production ramp support.
5. Participate in all Engineering projects.
With the approval and advice of the API?s representative/s:
6. Analyze feedback and perform corrective actions on abnormal issues on the line (product, process, equipment).
7. Monitor product/equipment performance and address the issues when happened.
8. Define flow, operation needs and training for smooth operation for the product.
9. Guide the team of engineers and technicians in the day activities.
10. Provide corrective action follow up along with detailed analysis on the operational problems encountered.
11. Interact with the respective supporting departments in implementing and executing the requirements.
12. Follow up with customers/Vendors on the related problems and corrective actions.
13. Install, set up and buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to specifications.
14. Evaluate, quality, maintain and calibrate equipment for operation to meet customer requirement.
J5. Support production in meeting output and quality & reliability (Q&R) in resolving product/equipment issues.
16. Plan & execute enhancement activities to improve equipment performance.
17. Participate in quality, productivity, yield and maintenance cost improvement programs.
