Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items
Securing warehouse, supervising workers, accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers
Monitoring, appraising job contributions, recommending compensation actions
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
